INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

You can tour this website without being asked to provide any personal information, but we obviously require a certain amount of information from you to allow us to fulfil your order, answer your queries and offer you the best possible shopping experience. NEO does not have access to, see or store your financial information. Your payment is handled by your choice of trusted third party payment provider. You can choose to pay via PayPal or credit or debit card using Stripe. All payments are covered under the relevant third parties' terms and conditions. NEO is not responsible for third parties' terms and conditions or privacy policies.

NEO does not currently use web analytics for this website, albeit this website is hosted and supported by Big Cartel, LLC ("Big Cartel"), which may use analytics and does collect:

  • log information about your use of this website, including the type of browser you use, app version, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our website; and
  • device information about the computer or mobile device you use to access this website, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
